Job Title: AI/ML Software Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing AI/ML strategies, designing and developing machine learning models, and ensuring seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into our products. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Strategy Development: Define and implement AI/ML strategies to enhance the capabilities of our products.
• Software Architecture Design: Design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring they meet the requirements for AI/ML integration.
• Model Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms tailored to the unique requirements of our products.
• Data Analysis and Processing: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance our products.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document AI/ML processes, models, and results, and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of AI experience, particularly in audio and video detection and recognition.
• AI Expertise: Proven experience in AI, especially in voice and video detection analysis. Experience with generative AI is a plus but not required.
• Multi-OS Experience: Proficiency in developing applications for multiple operating systems, including Android and iOS.
• Backend & Applications: Experience with designing backend systems and applications using major open-source AI libraries such as LLaMA, Whisper, etc.
• GenAI, LLMs, and SLMs: Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and small language models (SLMs).
• Web Backend Systems: Experience with web backend systems.
• Application Development: Experience with Windows, Android, and iOS application development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
