Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer IV

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work mode, with 2-3 days on-site per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing software systems, performing threat modeling, conducting security risk analysis, and creating test cases for various issues. This role involves interfacing with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications, as well as ensuring quality standards for software products are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity testing
• Perform threat model analysis
• Carry out security risk assessments
• Engage in contextual inquiry to gather design inputs and requirements
• Execute security risk analysis
• Plan, write, execute, and report on security risk analysis

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in cybersecurity testing
• Expertise in threat model analysis
• Experience in security risk assessment
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry, cybersecurity as it relates to electronics/products
• Strong skills in contextual inquiry and gathering design inputs
• Ability to plan, write, execute, and report on security risk analysis

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 9 - 13 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 7 - 11 years of experience with a Master's degree
• 4 - 8 years of experience with a PhD
• Experience in developing and maintaining quality standards for software products

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00
