Job Title: Solutions Architect V

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. This role involves soliciting and documenting requirements from stakeholders, configuring the Salesforce Marketing platform, designing and implementing solutions on Data Cloud, and providing user support post-implementation. You will collaborate across multiple teams to design processes, perform training, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Solicit and document requirements from stakeholders in both Marketing and non-Marketing teams.
• Configure the Salesforce Marketing platform to enable new channels, automations, and performance monitoring.
• Design and implement solutions on Data Cloud by creating data models, segments, flows, transformations, and calculated insights.
• Understand how Data Cloud integrates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Privacy Center.
• Document solutions for training and support teams.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to design processes, perform training, and conduct UAT.
• Provide support to users post-implementation.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and other required meetings.

Essential Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience with the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud (DC) for large Marketing organizations.
• Strong understanding of SFMC capabilities and how to configure automation for email campaign execution, deliverability monitoring and improvement, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, and tracking and reporting campaign industry standard metrics.
• Knowledge of how SFMC works with Salesforce Privacy Center and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience in designing and implementing a Data Cloud solution for complex data structures.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to facilitate complicated group conversations and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting UAT and providing training and support to users and support teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to and experience with Data Cloud.
• Experience with tools such as Validity Everest, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Stack, and Salesforce CRM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00
