Job Title: Sr. Clinical Trial Manager
Job Description
As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will manage the execution of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, integrity, and timely delivery of clinical data.
Responsibilities
- Lead activities in support of clinical research protocols from protocol design to final deliverables, in accordance with specified timelines and budgets.
- Participate in the assessment, selection, and management of CROs, sites, and vendors; perform site or vendor qualification visits, request and review project proposals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners in coordinating the delivery of trials.
- Provide oversight of site management through reviews of monitoring visit reports and tracking site metrics and deliverables.
- Develop and manage study oversight plans independently, identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies or corrective action plans while escalating as appropriate.
- Review and contribute to the development of clinical and regulatory documents (i.e., protocols, ICFs, CRFs, and CSRs).
- Develop and exhibit proficiency with data management software to review clinical data and associated metrics, addressing data quality issues directly as needed.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical trial management experience in an industry setting.
- Experience in early drug development (FIH through clinical proof-of-concept) strongly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of ICH GCP guidance, FDA, and EMA regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure a solutions-oriented approach to the identification and mitigation of risks to project milestones, budgets, and quality.
- Proven ability to drive for results and support innovation.

- BA/BS degree required.
- A positive can-do attitude.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
