Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee warehouse and industrial projects valued around $30 million. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with owners and architects while maintaining the project schedule, budget, and quality of construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction efforts to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and with the highest quality to the client's satisfaction.
• Lead preconstruction efforts by performing takeoffs, estimating, selection of subcontractors, and bid proposal submission to the owner.
• Work as the leader in a design-build effort.
• Oversee the buyout process and completion of contracts to subcontractors.
• Review, monitor, and manage the project budget, construction costs, and other financials, resulting in the accomplishment of the project objectives and profitability.
• Create and manage a construction schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct weekly OAC meetings and regular onsite visits to ensure the quality of the project.

Essential Skills

• Project management
• Construction management
• Experience with Procore or similar CRM
• 10 years experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Experience on at least 2 warehouse construction projects

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
