Job Title: Scheduler
Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager III - Project Controls to join our team as a Lead Scheduler. In this role, you will manage, develop, monitor, and analyze project schedules while supervising subordinate schedulers. This position requires technical knowledge of various types of construction work, including facilities and roadway construction, public infrastructure, demolition, and environmental remediation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, updating, and monitoring of individual project schedules and manage the overall master program schedule.
- Review schedules and assess the progress and productivity of consultants and contractors; monitor and verify monthly costs and earned value; conduct change order management and control.
- Oversee the integration of data developed by the project’s Estimator and Financial Analyst.
- Develop and prepare monthly program and project progress summary reports.
- Establish and ensure that scheduling and cost control standards are implemented.
- Work with all schedulers for design consultants, construction management consultants, contractors, and program management team members to obtain the latest schedules in the appropriate program format for each phase (planning, design, bid/award, construction, start-up) and task (including ROW, permits, and environmental) and incorporate into the master schedule.
- Evaluate and adjust data regarding cost status, resource requirements, commitment data, and productivity variance reports.
- Supervise the updating and distribution of the program master schedule.
- Attend meetings with design consultants, construction management, and contractors to review and approve baseline schedules.
- Work with program management team members to facilitate the delivery of all necessary change notice scope and cost documents from design and construction management consultants to obtain approval.
- Monitor that schedules and cost reporting are in accordance with relevant contract special provisions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
