Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the building of kiosks around Capital Hill. This role involves working on-site, managing construction projects, and ensuring successful completion using innovative and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction sites for building kiosks around Capital Hill.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other construction professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams.

Essential Skills

• 10 years of site supervision experience.
• Strong construction management skills.
• Experience as a general contractor.
• Ability to pass a drug and history check.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with innovative and cutting-edge technology in construction.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This role is based on the construction site around Capital Hill. The position involves working a day shift and requires adherence to safety standards and regulations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
