Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to implement SOPs ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, manage teams in alignment with project plans, and provide constructive feedback and mentorship to promote a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will facilitate strong collaboration through communication with the Project Management team, identify and address challenges, and collaborate for effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement SOPs to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities.
• Manage teams in alignment with project plans.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to promote a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Facilitate strong collaboration through communication with the Project Management team.
• Identify and address challenges and collaborate for effective solutions.

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• 2 years of experience working as a superintendent.
• Prior experience with healthcare projects.
• Experience with Microsoft and Procore.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite 5 days a week from roughly 6:30am to 3pm. Projects are based around the Cape Cod area. The work environment emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration, with opportunities for growth and promotion from within.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00
