Job Title: Marine/Civil Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee marine and civil construction projects, including a significant $200M dry docks project. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage large-scale projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of marine and civil construction projects.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with general contractors and construction teams.
• Review and manage construction documents.
• Utilize construction software to track project progress and communicate with stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in marine construction.
• Strong experience in civil construction.
• Proven track record as a superintendent in large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction software.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with general contractors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in marine and civil construction.
• Experience with managing projects of similar scale and complexity.

Work Environment

This role involves working on-site at the construction location, including outdoor environments. You will be required to use construction software and work closely with a team of contractors and other stakeholders. The position may require wearing appropriate safety gear and following safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00
