Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

This opening is for a manufacturer that services domestic and international clients in aerospace and defense. The individual will work in the 'spare parts' division to manage order entries and supply chain issues, follow up on issues, and assist with pricing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into company ERP system (Visibility)
• Follow up with internal purchasing department and internal tech team if there are issues with parts and quantities
• Email follow-up with customers who have been quoted by the sales team
• Transfer data from internal ERP system into Excel spreadsheets
• Conduct pricing analysis and assist in price setting (training will be provided)

Essential Skills

• 2 years of order entry and ERP experience (Visibility ERP preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (85% competency as a normal user)
• Experience in planning, supply chain, and purchasing
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchase orders, and production planning

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry

Work Environment

You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm. After 2-3 months of training, there will be some work-from-home flexibility. You will have your own desk and work alongside the only other person currently handling these duties in the division.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
