SURVEY CAD TECHNICIAN | MURFREESBORO, TN
- Utilize software to create accurate and detailed drawings and survey maps.
- Collaborate with management and field crew to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Draft survey plans for boundary, ALTA, topographic, subdivision, easement, and other surveys.
- Ensure all drawings comply with required standards and regulations.
- Work directly with professional surveyor and field personnel to ensure timely project completion within budgets.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions and assist with the organization of survey records, documents, and project files.
- Ability to read and interpret field notes, data files, and construction drawings and assist with construction calculations for staking on construction sites.
- Ensure that all drafts comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High-School Diploma or higher education.
- Civil 3D drafting experience: 1 year (Required).
- Land Survey-related experience: 1 year (Required).
- Experience working with Trimble Business Center and field software: 1 year (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Experience in drafting, building, or designing using Civil 3D software.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
