Conduct field surveys (boundary, ALTA/ACSM Land Title, topographic, photo control, route, construction stakeout) Operate robotic total stations and GPS receivers Ensure efficient field crew operations following standard procedures and safety standards Perform tasks such as cutting brush, driving stakes, taking detailed notes and diagrams Maintain company equipment and survey vehicles Assist Licensed Surveyor with crew scheduling, daily assignments, deed work maps, base maps, and courthouse research

5 years of surveying experience Proficient with GPS devices, data collectors, and Total Station Independent judgment and initiative required Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques Skilled in computer-aided drafting Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction specifications, plans, and regulations Familiarity with industry-specific safety practices Ability to operate motorized equipment Comfortable working outdoors in various field conditions Valid driver's license

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $65500.00/hr.
