Principal Systems Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Principal Systems Engineer to lead projects and develop high-quality interiors products.
Responsibilities:
- Innovative Solutions: Interpret and translate requirements for effective system design.
- Collaborative Excellence: Coordinate across teams to develop compliance methods, qualification plans, and test procedures.
- Architectural Exploration: Decompose customer specifications and generate verification criteria.
- Technical Mastery: Plan, integrate, verify, and validate systems, and conduct cost and risk analysis.

Qualifications:
- Degree in STEM and 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ARP-4754, DO-178, and DO-254.
- Eligible to work in an ITAR environment
Preferred:
- Experience with military programs and ARP4761 Systems Safety.
- Engineering degree and commercial aerospace background.
- Ability to lead a team of systems engineers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
