Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Quality and Engineering Teams to develop and draft work orders and job specifications.
- Ensure seamless information sharing across departments by providing accurate and complete documentation.
- Create high-quality documentation and procedure manuals tailored for various audiences.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance user experience, refine content, and design visuals and diagrams for technical support materials.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise as a technical writer with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Able to quickly grasp complex subject matter and apply it effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working with engineers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support materials.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in creating documentation and procedure manuals for diverse audiences.
