Assistant Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Center
Join our team to support a $500 million Hyperscale Data Center project! We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Superintendent to assist and support the Superintendents in planning and overseeing all aspects of the project, from pre-construction to post-construction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-construction tasks, including crisis management, site logistics, and safety plans
- Manage and oversee subcontractors and suppliers, conducting daily huddles and coordinating job site activities
- Help manage and adjust the project schedule, working closely with the Project Management team
- Write RFIs, develop and track procurement of materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure project-specific quality control requirements are met
- Maintain and update on-site documentation
- Ensure budget alignment and address issues with the Project Management team
- Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and Pull-Plan-Sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
- Support and follow standard work and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of construction-related experience
- Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative thinking
- Computer literate
- Preferred: Data Center experience, two or four-year degree in construction, experience in continuous improvement, and current OSHA 30 certification
Travel:
- Must be willing to travel regularly
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
