Description:
- We are currently seeking a Superintendent with 5 years of experience with federal or commercial projects
- This role starts as a 90-day contract to work on a roof on a hangar with the potential to work on the next phase of the project (site civil)
- Federal project located in DFW
- Per diem, lodging, PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and other benefits
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of a new roof on a hangar
- Ensure project completion within the specified 90-day timeline
- Coordinate with the project team, including QC and Safety personnel on site
- Maintain compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards
- Potentially serve as the Site Safety and Health Officer if needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience with projects valued $2M
- Federal experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Roofing experience is preferred but not mandatory
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00
