Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Center
Join our team to lead a $500 million Hyperscale Data Center project! We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to assist in planning and overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-construction tasks, including crisis management, site logistics, and safety plans
- Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, conducting daily huddles and coordinating job site activities
- Develop, manage, and adjust the project schedule, working closely with the Project Management and Senior Superintendent teams
- Write RFIs, develop and track procurement of materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure project-specific quality control requirements are met
- Maintain and update on-site documentation, including As-Built drawings
- Ensure budget alignment and manage site labor, materials, and equipment budget
- Complete project closeout tasks, including punch list execution, commissioning, and owner training
- Lead Lean methodologies, standard work, and Pull-Plan sessions
- Drive a safe environment by leading job safety meetings and orientations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 10 years of construction-related experience
- Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
- Ability to supervise multiple Assistant Superintendents and Subcontractors on larger projects
- Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative thinking
- Preferred: Two or four-year degree in construction, current OSHA 30 certification, and CPR/First Aid training
Travel:
- Must be willing to travel regularly
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
