Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent with over 5 years of experience in supervising construction projects. The ideal candidate will provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. This role requires extensive travel, with the employee being home every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.
- Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.
- Ensure contractors complete work on schedule.
- Communicate daily project status to the Project Manager.
- Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, or issues promptly.
- Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.
- Review plans and specifications to ensure construction requirements are met.
- Review all material submittals for compliance with plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of superintendent experience
- Experience in commercial construction is highly preferred
- Must be able to travel year-round
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $54.00/hr.
