Job Description
The Treatment Coordinator will be part of the Faculty Dentistry team. This role involves managing patient flow, coordinating treatments, and communicating with patients and staff to support the dental practice. The team consists of 4-5 providers per day and 7-9 Dental Assistants.
Responsibilities

- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans
- Collect and record patient demographic information
- Communicate with the correct department regarding patient treatments

- Experience working as a Treatment Coordinator, ideally in a dental setting (other healthcare disciplines considered)
- Bilingual in Spanish (interacting with Spanish-speaking patients)
- 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Environment
The Treatment Coordinator will work in a private practice setting with 4-5 providers at any given time, seeing 30-40 patients in the morning and another 30-40 patients in the afternoon. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM or 8 AM to 3 PM. Benefits include access to Abenity, Udemy, and Care Roadmap.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
