- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, participating in steering committees and bid defense meetings.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 15 years in Clinical Development and project/program management, with at least 10 years in international CROs.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of clinical trial requirements and proven leadership skills.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, strategizing, and communication skills.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
