Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator 1

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with 0-3 years of related experience and a high school diploma. The ideal candidate will effectively manage the construction warehouse and the storage of project materials.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage construction warehouse and storage of project materials.
• Coordinate receiving of materials by working with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure materials are inspected upon arrival for any damages, with all inspections documented.
• Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification of receipt.
• Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads/coordinators until installation and turnover.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others.
• Ability to effectively work with a team or independently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-starter, proactive.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
