Job Title: Water Wastewater Engineer

Job Description

Lead teams in the delivery of water projects. Participate in local professional organizations, prepare, and present market-specific papers and presentations. Collaborate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD) in producing plans and specifications. Assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and develop responses to RFP/RFQs. Provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget. Manage and mentor staff effectively.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona.
• Regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Excellent design team leadership skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00
