Radiologic Technologist

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm; No Weekends, No On-Call

Responsibilities

• Enter data into MARS for medical records, billing, statistics, and quality assurance purposes.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition and ensure the exam room contains proper supplies.
• Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, relaying messages, and scheduling exams.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisory personnel.
• Confidently operate radiological equipment in all care settings, including GE, Phillips, Samsung Portables, and Siemens.
• Assist in teaching radiography students sound radiography principles.
• Administer sound patient care practices according to hospital/department policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.

Essential Skills

• Imaging experience
• Portable experience
• ARRT certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or one to three years of formal training in an American Medical Association-accredited Radiologic Technology Program is required.
• Less than two to five years of previous job experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $65.00/hr.
