Job Summary:
The Jr. Data analyst is responsible for reviewing documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance to specific legal, regulatory, or operational standards. This role involves the examination of various types of documents to verify that all necessary information is included, and that content is clear, complete, and aligned with organizational requirements. The Jr. Data Analyst will maintain a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, strong organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform page-by-page review of various documents to determine if personally identifiable information and other sensitive information are present.
- Review and evaluate documents to identify sensitive data elements and ensure they are properly flagged.
- Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations by identifying and managing confidential or protected information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Document and track all activities related to the account or project using the organization's designated software.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents.
- Proficient in document management software and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Prior experience in a document review, legal, or administrative role is a plus.
Typical Schedule:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week with the willingness to work overtime and weekends. Core business hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, with mandatory meetings and training sessions occurring during regular business hours. This is an in-office position, and attendance is required on-site during scheduled hours.
