Job Summary
We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. As an Acti-Kare caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
- Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
Requirements
- Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
