- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Uphold resident rights by treating all individuals with respect and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities that promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs through tailored approaches that enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient monitoring or patient care preferred, especially in nursing home settings.
- Knowledge of resident rights and understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- A clean background check is required to ensure the safety of our residents.
