What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN In Home Care Assessor position at ACTI-KARE RESPONSIVE IN HOME CARE?
Acti-Kare Marietta is looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non-medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning, etc.) and filling out a number of health care assessment documents. in order to generate a personalized plan.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Provider is required to be licensed and board certify
- 2 years of professional nursing experience
- Experience with in home care assessments required
- You will submit assessment with care plan within 24 hours
- An assessment is not considered complete until all clarifications are answered.
Details
- $60 PER ASSESSMENT COMPLETED (Average of 5-6 assessments/month)
- Assessments take 45-60 minutes
- Flexible schedule - can work anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday
- Great part time job for extra money on the side of your regular job.
