Actify Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional care to our geriatric clients in Broward County, FL. We’re looking for a compassionate professional who values timeliness and excels in communication—both with patients and our supportive staff. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalized, in-home therapy to enhance mobility and quality of life for seniors.
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our care team to ensure seamless, timely treatment plans.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication to keep everyone informed and empowered.
- Competitive pay: $65 visits/$70 for evaluations/discharges
- Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance.

- Licensed PT in Florida with geriatric or home health experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to being on time, every time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients and staff.

- Driver's License (Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
- PT License (Required)
- Spanish speaking a plus!
- Immediate cases available! Also, seeking coverage east of I-95 in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park and Dania Beach.
