Action Air Conditioning Heating & Solar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager. Action is looking for someone to lead our customer service team and take our customer service experience to the next level. As a multi-location company we are looking for someone to come in and provide support to all our locations. Join our team and help us take our service to the next level!
Compensation: $75,000 to $80,000/ DOE plus bonus

Qualifications:
- Proven experience to lead, mentor and manage a team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize calls, issue resolution and support an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends, training opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Manage and support the dispatch process to support efficiencies and timely arrivals.
- Recruit, train and develop team members to enhance skills aligned with company standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving. interpersonal skills, with strong leadership with a focus on motivation and development.
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with call center technology and CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate responsibilities effectively
- Ok with travel to different locations (San Marcos, San Diego, & Murrieta)
- Knowledge of Costco HVAC program (A Plus if you do)
- Service Titan Experience (A Plus if you do)
