Part-Time Openings located in Wilmington, MA and Pittsfield, MA
General Function:
- The Lead Instructor Coordinator prepares and conducts the EMT training programs to the general public in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Action Ambulance policies.
Major Responsibilities:

- Provides clinical training and education to the general public
- Acts as liaison to students & faculty
- Oversees all training, record keeping & course evaluations as set forth by OEMS A/R 2-200 for an Accredited Training Institution
- Assigns & schedules other Instructor Coordinators & Teaching Assistants for the course.
- Provides clinical training and education to First Responders and contracted facilities as needed
- Provides clinical training and education to Action team members as needed
- Provides Con Ed and NCCR training as needed
- Interface and effectively communicate with all team members
- Follow the Policies and Procedures set forth by Action Ambulance.
- Executes administrative tasks as necessary
- Related duties as assigned
Interactions: This position will have a daily interaction with the general public, students of the programs, faculty & other Action Ambulance personal on regular basis
Qualifications
The Lead Instructor Coordinator must have:
- An Instructor Coordinator recognized by OEMS
- Functional knowledge of Massachusetts Statewide Treatment Protocols
- Actively practicing as a Field Provider
Physical Requirements:
- May be necessary based upon topic presented.
- Same general physical requirements expected of a student & field practitioner
