We’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, managing inventory, ensuring timely procurement and distribution of parts, and providing exceptional support to our service team and customers.
Action Auto Sales and Finance is growing quickly and we're looking for a self-motivated individual who can help us reach our next goal!
Key responsibilities include:
-Managing parts inventory to prevent overstock or shortages.
-Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships for purchasing parts.
-Ensuring parts availability for scheduled service and repair work.
-Tracking and reporting department performance to the Shop Manager.
-Training and mentoring team members in the parts department.
-Maintaining accurate records of transactions, stock levels, and orders.
-Collaborating with other departments to optimize overall operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
