We are seeking a driven Awnings and Canopies Sales Consultant to join our team at Action Awning. As an Awnings and Canopies Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of awnings and canopies products, including custom designs and installation services.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with expert advice on the best awnings and canopies solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including Company-provided leads, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending trade shows or events.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our awnings and canopies products to provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer homes, showrooms, or virtually.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in outdoor products, home improvement, or construction industry.
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with outdoor shading solutions and their benefits; technical knowledge is a plus.
