Action Behavior Centers is expanding to bring exceptional care to underserved communities, and we're looking for a dedicated BCBA to play a key role in shaping the future of ABA therapy in Midland.

Our BCBAs are supported by a network of top clinicians, with training and guidance from our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, including Dr. Linda Leblanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Gregory Hanley, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, Dr. Anthony Cammilleri, and Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Charna Mintz.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ensuring meaningful progress and positive outcomes.

Collaborate & Grow: Work alongside a passionate team of RBTs and fellow BCBAs, fostering a culture of learning, support, and professional development.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $80,000 - $88,000 (based on experience) bonuses
