- Be prepared to discuss past accomplishments
- 2 years of previous job experience including at least 6 months with Action Behavior Centers.
- 2 years of RBT and Central Reach experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred
- Performs daily documentation audits to ensure adherence to ABC Medical Record policy and accurate billing.
- Ensure completion of the medical record and appointment conversion occur within 24 hours of the appointment date and time.
- Take necessary action to ensure timely resolution for any errors found in documentation.
- Communicate with clinical staff in a cordial and professional manner.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Enjoys being a team player.
- Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner.
- Takes on additional responsibilities provided by Team Lead
