As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver exceptional client outcomes. You will develop and implement clinical quality training and compliance programs, collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child, and assist with intakes, discharge, and transition planning for clients.
This role requires a degree in BCBA or a related field, 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, and a proven track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
