Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team. As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will also work closely with parents and families to understand their concerns and provide compassionate care.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals and objectives
- Lead and support a team of RBTs, providing guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure they are informed and involved in the treatment process
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- BCBA certification; current licensure in state of practice (if applicable)
- Experience working with children with autism; ability to work effectively with diverse populations
