Job Description
- Provide individualized case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a team of Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy services.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
- Experience working with children with ASD and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
