Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services for a caseload of 8 Full-Time Equivalent children on the autism spectrum.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific assessment tools.
- Lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to living our core values.
We seek candidates who:
- Are currently Board-Certified Behavior Analysts with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for their BCBA exam within one month.
