Job Description
The BCBA Clinical Director will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring top-notch clinical excellence and individualized care for our clients. This role involves mentoring staff, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing guidance to families, while managing a small caseload of clients.
