BCBA Clinical Director Role Summary
The BCBA Clinical Director leads a center's clinical team, ensuring high-quality services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They mentor BCBAs and RBTs, manage a small caseload, and oversee compliance and training. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and innovation in behavioral analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team and make important decisions regarding how the center runs
- Engage, mentor, and inspire BCBAs and RBTs while handling a client caseload of 3 patients
- Ensure clinical quality training and compliance at the center
- Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide 15 treatment hours per week with clients
- Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
- Collaborate and problem solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
- Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients
Requirements:
- Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with at least 3 years of experience after BCBA certification
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
