Action Behavior Centers is a premier ABA provider for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Clinical Directors.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$105,000 per year, including bonuses based on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible onsite schedules, 401K retirement plans with company matching, and health insurance coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day case management for children with ASD
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values
