Action Behavior Centers provides a highly structured, leading training program for the development, training, and onboarding of all new ABA Behavior Therapist. We are looking to either promote or hire experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join the training team full time and develop ABC's future clinical team. This will be an alternative RBT growth plan outside of the traditional BCBA route. We encourage all Behavior Therapist who qualify to apply for this next-level role.

Job Description
- Provide effective ABA training to newly hired and existing (Registered) Behavior Technicians to uphold ABC's mission to deliver high quality early intensive behavior intervention for children with autism
- Report directly to the VP of Clinical Training and Program Manager of Clinical Training
- Demonstrate fluency with explaining and demonstrating ABA concepts and training activities
- Provide coaching, modeling, and demonstration of specific strategies and / or activities as outlined in the ABC training curriculum
8-day initial training-center schedule
Observe, monitor and give feedback on skills covered in the first 8 days

Pay Range : $45,000 - $55,000 per year
