Behavioral Analyst Position - Childcare Expertise

Job Description

• Provide individualized case management for a caseload of 8 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) children on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure effective treatment and provide family guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
• A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
