Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience in supervising and mentoring staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of behavior analysts and RBTs to deliver high-quality care and support to children with ASD
- Providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
