We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonuses. Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the field of ABA therapy.

Job Description

As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will lead and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and engage with families to celebrate each child's developmental milestones.

• Create individualized treatment plans to make every session fun and effective
• Lead and support a team of caring RBTs
• Provide guidance and celebrate progress with parents
• Support kids' growth with hands-on therapy and compassionate care
