We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing case management, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with our team of Registered Behavior Therapists. ">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum, including initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Provide family guidance on a consistent basis, supporting parents and caregivers in their efforts to promote positive behavior change.
- Lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
