Your Role as a BCBA
As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will provide individualized care and treatment plans for children with ASD, collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists, and contribute to clinical quality and compliance initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to lead a team of therapists and work closely with families to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- BCBA Certification: You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for Working with Children with ASD: You must demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
