Job Description
As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will provide individualized care and case management for children with ASD, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists. You will work closely with families to develop personalized goals and strategies, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide 30 treatment hours per week for your clients
- Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
