Job Description
The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading the clinical team at one of our state-of-the-art centers. This role requires a passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a key member of the center's leadership team, the Clinical Director will work closely with the Operations Manager to make important decisions regarding the center's operations and ensure that high-quality clinical services are delivered.
Responsibilities include collecting data, creating individualized treatment plans for each child, assisting with intakes and discharge/transition planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
