About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, and at least two years of experience in ABA therapy. They will be responsible for:
- Creating individualized treatment plans to support children with ASD
- Leading and supporting a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Providing guidance and celebrating progress with parents
